(2009: A counselor's office in an elementary school. The counselor sees a mother with her eleven-year-old child.) Mother: I don't understand it. In the last year he has been absolutely incorrigible. He lies. He cheats on his tests. And last week he torched the neighbour's car. Counselor: What sort of TV shows has he been watching? Mother: Just harmless cartoons. Counselor: I see. And what kind of music has he been listening to? Mother: He likes rock, especially the Crystalids. But that band is very nice. They call the lead singer Jesus. |
