My dictionary definition of Nietzsche is rather shocking: A philosopher who repudiated compassion for the weak, exalted the will to power, and formulated the idea of the 'superman', who could rise above ordinary morality. It sounds like it came out of one of Hitler's speeches. Dismissing the weak? That's just loveless. The will to power? You mean like that thing that made all those people steal my songs and laughs? And usually when we rise above ordinary morality we are breaking the law. But it certainly explains those death camps at the end of World War 2. I think Nietzsche was a bitter and unhappy man, but he still came up with a few good one-liners.
